The Bomb Squad Mixtape available now

Even if the Bomb Squad in its initial training has been credited as such on a handful of discs, the crew of producers consisting of Carl Ryder (aka Chuck D), Hank Shocklee, Keith Shocklee and Eric "Vietnam" Sadler was decisively influenced hip-hop. Famous for having produced the classic Public Enemy "It Takes A Nation Of Million To Hold Us Back", often cited as the best rap album of all time, they have also contributed, collectively and individually, to redefine modern pop.

Between tracks like "Know The Ledge" by Eric B & Rakim and more overlooked titles by Robert S or K9 Posse, Bashir has selected some of their best productions spread over three mixes, one on CD, the second edition limited to 100 copies on cassette, and the last on digicard to pay tribute to the legendary crew from Long Island.
